Transvestites of New York have got a lot of problems with their documents; expecially when they want to change their sex in birth certifitates. The city want them to present a bill evidence of that they have realy had the operation. The problem is that the operation costs very much, not everybody can buy it. Those people wish that would suffice their doctor declare they feel us someone of a different sex. But the city before to get this document has to know the individual has realy changed itself.
And everybody says that in America everybody is as free!...
-I think the state should help them to fell better buying them the operation. But about the documents I agree.

La città vuole che loro presentino una prova sotto forma di documento che hanno effettivamente subito l'operazione. Il problema è che questa operazione costa e che non tutti se lo possono permettere. Queste persone vorrebbero che fosse sussiciente che il loro dottore dichiarasse che si sentono di un sesso diverso. Però la città prima di fare qualsiasi cosa deve essere sicura che l'individuale si è veramente cambiato.
E poi tutti dicono che c'è tanta libertà in questa America!...
-Io penso che lo stato doverebe aiutarli a sentirsi meglio comprando loro le operazioni. Però per quanto riguarda i documenti sono d'accordo.
